A major remodel is often beyond the funds available in a home equity or second mortgage. With a Construction Rehab-Refi Loan, you are able to finance the major remodel AND refinance your existing mortgage with one new loan. Underwriting is based on the future value of the home after construction is complete.

The loan to value is based on a finished value appraisal. You are only required to have a 5% equity stake in the total project cost.
